Ginger Beer Cask #4 was their most popular and sought after Starward project at release date. Ginger beer brewed by Boatrocker and matured in ex-apera casks for 6 months. Ginger beer is disgorged and their prized Starward Solera is finished in the seasoned cask for 12 months. The ginger beer recipe is a guarded distillery secret, but includes fresh ginger, lemongrass and citrus peel. Released October 2018

How much do we pay on top of the bid price?
The buyer's premium is 10% of the final hammer price (inc GST).
Our flat rate shipping across the country starts at $14 for 1 bottles, $20 for 2 and slightly increases from there.
We accept bank transfers (no fees) and debit/credit cards (stripe charges 1.75% visa/mastercard) for payments
Do You Offer Insurance for Loss/Breakage?
The cost of Loss & Breakage Insurance is 1.5% of the hammer price plus commission. This is highly recommended as we will take the upmost care in packaging the dispatching orders carefully and securely, the courier companies will however not take on any liability for items lost or broken in transit.
How Long Until Delivery?
Once payment is received by the Australian Whisky Auctions, your whisky will be dispatched within 5 business days from our warehouse in Melbourne, Victoria.
