A special edition release of Starward whisky, originally distilled at their first location in Essendon. The oldest bottled single cask of Starward at eight years old, this release was aged in an ex-bourbon cask that previously held Maker's Mark. This exceptional quality cask was leftover from the 2018 Starward bourbon cask release. Almost all of Starward's whisky is matured in either red wine or apera casks, so this release is likely to be one of the only bourbon single casks to be bottled by the distillery.
