Kilchoman 2014 Single Cask 14/1007 Release Sauternes Finish is a single malt Scotch whisky from the Kilchoman Distillery on Islay, Scotland. This whisky was distilled in December 2014 and initially matured for just over six and a half years in a fresh bourbon barrel. It was then finished for 18 months in a Sauternes wine cask and bottled exclusively for the Australian market in March 2023. It is bottled at 56.3% ABV
